What is EMS?
Electrical Muscle Stimulation (EMS) is a type of electrotherapy, which stimulates a muscle contraction using electrical impulses in order to strengthen weak muscles, reduce swelling, relieve pain and help heal wounds.

What are the benefits of EMS?
EMS will help you achieve multiple fitness goals, improve your health condition and overall wellbeing. It can help improve your strength, body shape and stamina; it also helps with fat loss, increased muscle mass, reduction in body pain and improved posture.

What are the side effects of EMS?
It is safe for most people to do EMS, and they will not usually experience any side effects. However, the electrical impulses that are produced may cause a buzzing, tingling, or prickling sensation, which some people may find uncomfortable. Some people may be allergic to the adhesive pads.

How many sessions are needed?
Approximately, 4 to 6 sessions spaced at an interval of 10 – 15 days. However, this may vary from person to person.
