Dr Sunny Shah conceptualized The Body Shrine with a modest idea of taking the importance of health, fitness and nutrition to people, who have strived to find meaning and value in these concepts. A little too often, people are misled by diet fads and passé workouts, which end up destroying their physical and mental wellbeing.
Our goal is to prevent people from falling prey to ambiguous information and instead helping them to make choices that are supportive of their individual body structures and health needs. For around 4 years now, we have been successfully working with multiple clients spread across different age groups, physical capacities and health goals.
